The 2011-12 class of Community Change Agents graduated from IMPACT Greensboro March 16, 2012. These enthusiastic participants, will be poised to lead our community in a variety of arenas. They will bring new faces, new perspectives and new focus to their areas of community concern. They are armed with the change agent principles of: “creating cooperative solutions, honoring diversity, acting in the best interest of the community, negotiating with transparency, gathering multiple perspectives and engaging in self-reflection”. These principles will guide their leadership and these new Community Changes Agents will work to transform our community for the common good.
